Our Founder, Kytiema Hardy, extremely family oriented and is a proud mother of two.  Originally from the Pittsburgh, PA area, she now resides in the DFW metroplex.

Kytiema earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Slippery Rock University of PA majoring in Community Programs for Americans with Disabilities.  She went on to earn a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education at Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA.  She has worked in the social service industry specializing in both residential and community-based programs to include Early Head Start, drug and alcohol, and mental health services. 

She has also worked as a licensed insurance agent for over a decade, and believes maintaining integrity and ethical practices in the insurance industry is a MUST.  Kytiema is dedicated to serving individuals and families by assisting with finding the right Medicare and/or life insurance plan using a person-centered approach.  She is well qualified and ready, and willing to answer any questions that you have and to assist you with enrolling to your plan today!
